The thing I miss there and need to improve .
1. Stay 2 times missing handwash inside the washroom .
2. Did not get the bath towel on time , after so many call to reception, hope they will improve it .

Rest , feel good and friendly behavior of service staff.

Having Extremely Bad Experience Staying in this hotel in place of deluxe the room size provided was average but still accepted .
From the after noon AC stopped functioning which they could not fixed.

Food quality is horrible
I ordered butter tandoori Roti which had bad smell , ordered veg polaw where only big size vegetables were put and rice quantity was less .
Daal Makhani don't know what masala my stomach still burning .
Seeing afternoon experience I ordered steem rice which was served half cooked.

I highly recommend Not to ever book this hotel it's total wastage of money and after having food from here for sure you will face problem.
Staff service is horrible you ask for something after half an hour they will come to you.

Bahut Badhia Location par Hotel hai, near by Madhepura Railway station, Resturant bahut badhiya hai, Food quality test jabarjast...staff behaviour bahut achha.. front desk manager bahut support. ..with in few min room chkin. . clean room. all is well. me jab v Madhepura ata hun maximum time is hotel me stay karta hun.thxu
