Nice place.. Need development peoples are so harsh and not smiling. . Need more development. We came here for visit the places. No cleanness, polution is high and peoples are were so hard and harsh. I was so surprised that here shops people are asking extra 5 to 10rs for cold waters. We asked that why you are taking morethan MRP thay says that for electricity ???????? i don't know what kind of people is are them.. And they are making us fool. Anyways i got many new new experience.. Enjoyed a lot. Stayed here with some of my brothers and spent time with them. That gave a lot of means

Khagaria is a district town parted from Munger district in 1981. Earlier it was called ferkia since it was a place for birds reservoir. Now it is small district town with college, schools & other govt offices, hospital, courts. For tourist point of view it is known for shaktipith called KATANESTHAN. Now it is also known for makka production. It is well connected with railway route to Guhati, national & state highway. It is a developed district of Bihar. Ganga river is running parallel.
