Room was neat and clean . all fresh , and AC was available. Only WATER was no available and Bathing room was not clean as expected. Water was coming full of iron and zinc like no one used from many years it seemed.
Just they need to focus and water and maintenance.

I m rating 1 start only because theirs no option of rating below 1 otherwise I would have rated 0 or -1 ...Coming back to the topic

1) Hotel is very good and hatsoff the the owners of hotel, very much convenient for staying as it is in the heart of the city katihar ..
NOTE: - THE FACT
THE staff are totally unprofessional, no manners at all , shouting all the time , they don't even know how to behave with their customers...specially the guy sitting at the reception and also the lady ,it's my personal experience, when I asked them to talk to me properly then it was like stepping on snacks tails , right after that moment ,the guy was turned into a barking dog , at any point of time he would have bite me ...
Conclusion:- If you are with family or alone just try to skip this hotel until unless you don't have other choice left ...

Sir, with due respect, I would like to bring your kind attention on that fact ,that you have appointed wrong staff in your property ,they are suitable for MMA Ring (Always ready to fight) totally illiterate and that customers like they are beggers ...
It's a humble request pls take this concern seriously and also take an action against them ....

Very poor , worst
Reason is only the staff .
They are totally illiterate people , they don't even know how to behave with customers..
I would respect everyone ,pls don't choose this hotel , I have faced my worst experience of my life ..stay away from this hotel because all the staff are always in a mood to fight ...
