The person at the reception name is Gautam,
He is pursuing a PhD degree.I came to know about him after a conversation with him,he is a good person indeed but when it comes to dealing with customers most probably his tone of voice messes all'.but I got the sim replacement urgently though he charged me more.He arranged this by somehow doing the needed documentation through Patna store.He told me that he is a remote store owner not having all Vi store services herein Dbg.

Not exact to location. Last day, I went to this store for changing my postpaid SIM to prepaid SIM and taking 300 extra amount by saying that he gave me the recharge of 1.5gb for 28 days. But I did not get anything. Don't trust blindly.
