Very bad service, all ac ducts are open and broken. Proper air circulation is not there. Even after compaining to driver and conductor, they used to misbehave with passengers.

Very bad service from shiv ganga travels, conductor told this bus will goes to patna but, when the the bus running after 10 km then the bus conductor told this bus not go to patna, this bus only go to muzaffarpur, then I told to bus conductor that not good you told me this bus is to go to patna, then the conductor argument with me.

Firstly, my booking in the same bus (Shivganga) was wasted because on 20th June 2022 I couldn't reach the boarding point due to the protest situation and transportation services issues in Bihar. I begged the operator to consider my situation and reschedule my booking for the next day but they rudely denied and said I have to pay again for the next day's booking. I booked the same bus (because there was no other buses showing online) for the next day as well by paying even higher price (on 20th it was around 1200 and the next day it was around 1400). The bus arrived at the boarding point (Bihar sharif) with no windshield on it. It was delayed by more than 90 minutes. I was dropped at the destination around 8:30 am (4 hours delay) and by then it was too late for me to reach Ranchi to catch my flight which was scheduled at 12:30 pm. I missed my flight and lost another Rs. 4500.00 there. I will never ever make another booking with you guys who have tie-ups with such unprofessional operators. Who is going to pay for the series of trauma I have suffered and the money I have lost? Pathetic!!
