The patient care facilities are excellent. The environment and cleanliness of the hospital is quite well. The wheelchair entrance is available. Whicle parking is also available.

Very poor management.
not proper seating arrangement for attendants. Even the NICU attendant has to sleep over floor.
Call speaker has not clear voice very difficult to understand
No bench outside the ICU waiting area
Unhygienic place full of mosquitoes and house fly.
No proper dress code followed by guards
Bad behaviour by staffs

This hospital is located in Lahariyasarai Benta road (near Elote Petrol Pump) of Darbhanga city, the treatment is not very expensive and the treatment here is reasonable for the local and village people. Compared to other private hospitals
