Nice old heritage type building. But area is not PWD colony. Rather it's collectorate and adjoining officers colony. PWD office is also there. It's wrong to call it PWD colony.

Very clean and beautiful place these buildings were made in British Empire reign. They look beautiful also in Darbhanga it is one of the places which remains clean everytime. The roads the gardens present here are of high standards. Also the behaviour of staffs working here is good.
