Very bad experience..
This Jio Store is fraud & make customers fool. One day, I was there for Jio Phone of plan Rs.1999, he asked me extra Rs.255 for recharge. Next time, I was there for SIM replacement, First he said me your SIM is blocked & it will take some time so wait and he started giving service to another customer who came after me and I waited. After waiting for a long, he said me that there is need of recharge of prime membership or some other recharges and also some extra charge like Rs.55 of SIM replacement but in reality there is only need to pay Rs.25 for SIM replacement and there was no need to recharge and I had already the prime membership of Jio.
And he denied to replace my SIM and said you can go on another shop of your choice where it charges Rs.25. after that I called customer care executive and he said.. "Tell me your PIN code, I will seal your store" then he replaced my SIM in a proper way.
But in all this issue, It took almost 1 hrs of just 2 mins of service which was nothing but a lost.
It's really very bad experience...
So. Beware of this store. The fraud person is there.
