One big advantageous factor about this hotel is that it's in decent proximity of majority of the sites to visit in Bodh Gaya. The staff was unfortunately operating at a severe manpower shortage to manage this site, glossing over basic things like provision of mosquito repellent, ensure working faucets in the bathroom, etc and this situation is the premise for my review. Had reached late and they didn't clean the room and arrange the bedding despite my explicit requests. They charge usurious prices for amenities like airport drops (₹1000), breakfast (charge ₹100 for a measly 4 puri and sabji, whereas you can get thr same at a roadside stall for ₹25, with a jalebi added!). The staff does try to address the requests of the guests but since it was peak season time, they were inundated with requests and calls from all rooms and were having a difficult time keeping things going, especially with almost no housekeeping staff.

Most worthless service.
No facilities avaliable. Staffs are so so.
No TV, no intercoms no restaurant,
Please check before booking. Specialy booking through "ichhapuran" travel agency.

Hotel new in operation so not fully functional.
Room and toilet was neat and clean and okay for the tariff. AC and TV were provided in the room but subscription of the set top box had expired and was recharged after a request. Restaurant was not functional but food was served in the room from the kitchen .
Location is a bit away from the main market in between Metta Buddharam Temple and Terger Monastery and there are no restaurants in it's vicinity.
The staff went all out to make our stay comfortable but a professional management is required to run the hotel.
