One of the best hotel stays! The staff is very helpful and supportive, both the managers (morning and night shift) are very polite, humble, kind and soft spoken. Didn’t have any issues during the stay. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

It appears the hotel is newly opened. The rooms and service are good. The location seems to be bit interior. It seems there is no restaurant. They serve meal, dinner in the corner of party/meeting hall. The quality of food tobe improved.

We stayed in this hotel from 24 Dec 22 to 26 Dec 22. Below are my observations/feedback.
1. Hotel is clean, lots of space.
2. Service is good but lacks response many times.
3. They need to improve a lot on customer relation. We tried to order few dessert items after 10:30 pm , which might be beyond there usual restaurant timings. But they could have simply denied saying they have been closed. After trying over phone which was not responding, when I reached the restaurant, found that that phone receiver was placed outside to avoid any calls. This is unprofessional as we may need to call them for drinking water as well.
4. Apart from the front desk manager, maximum of the service persons really lack politeness, even the GM.

So overall mixed experience. But location wise this property is good.
