I recently visited the Domino's Pizza shop in my area, and I must say that my experience was incredibly disappointing on multiple levels. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this establishment had serious shortcomings. Here's a breakdown of my visit:

Lack of Seating Availability: One of the most frustrating aspects was the unavailability of vacant seats, particularly during the weekends. It seemed as though the shop was not adequately equipped to handle the influx of customers, leaving many of us without a place to sit and enjoy our meal. This lack of seating greatly diminished the overall dining experience.

Poor Quality: The quality of the pizza at this Domino's shop was subpar at best. It was evident that attention to detail and quality control were lacking, leading to a disappointing and unsatisfying meal.

Abysmal Service: I can not emphasize enough just how abysmal the service was. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, paying little attention to the needs of the customers. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. The overall lack of professionalism and courtesy was utterly disappointing.

Missing Bill and Order Receipt: To add to the growing list of grievances, I did not receive my bill or order details receipt. This lack of documentation is not only unprofessional but also raises concerns about transparency and accountability. Without a receipt, it becomes difficult to track and resolve any potential issues with the order or billing.

Overall, my experience at this Domino's Pizza shop was far from satisfactory. The unavailability of seats, coupled with the poor quality of the food, contributed to a lackluster dining experience. The customer service was deplorable, with staff members showing little interest in providing a pleasant experience. Furthermore, the absence of a bill or order receipt only added to the overall disappointment. I would strongly advise against visiting this particular Domino's branch if you are seeking a pleasant dining experience.

Location is very great not so far from main market. Taste of Pizza is really Awesome.

This is the first franchise Store of Domino's in Aurangabad. It's been only couple of days that this got opened so there were few challenges for customers.

They were only accepting cash, neither UPI or card was working, so it was quite an unpleasant experience for people who don't really carry cash.

The food which we ordered was good. Place was clean and hygienic. However it's yet to see how long they are going to keep it same way and to match the standard of Domino's of big cities.
