They deserve minus 5 starts. Extremely unprofessional service. Bought over priced curtains from them thinking they would provide top notch service. They were gentle at store until I paid 50% advance. It took them one month to install with multiple faults in installation. The curtains are shorter in length and don’t cover the entire window. After 100 calls(yes you read in right) in last 3 months and multiple text messages asking for help they don’t even respond. Also offered them additional money but still no response.
Pathetic response and arrogance from the owners. I regret going to their store and would request the owners to not trouble their customers.

The owner of the shop believes only in taking the money without keeping his commitment.
They need advance payment even before taking measurement and worst part does not deliver on commitment.
Anything goes wrong puts the blame on Supplier.
A bad experience and a very bad behavior to deal with
NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
