We had a small gathering, we were expecting good food and service, but we wr totally disappointed with food and service pathetic food and Waste service ever we found in tinsukia. No one to take proper order or speak frequently with us. We simply wasted our day here. No environment that feels like we sat at hotel.

Worst food ever someone can eat. Bad management. Mannerless owner who doesn’t even know how to talk to his customers. Staying in assam and they think its their land and they can abuse anyone. Just look at the video and the quality of food. Wish there was negative star rating

The first time i visited this hotel on 2nd December 2022… it was an amazing experience, staffs were great i had an wonderful stay.
But this time on my 2nd visit on 25th Feb 2023, there was this new guy/manager… was interrogating me as if i was a criminal or something… i travel around the world i never faced any such problem ever…this was my first time some hotel manager interrogating me just to stay there for the night and that too in my own country and own state…
There were other complains too but I don’t want to mention them because those are tolerable….
This was an unbearable experience… I didn’t wanted to stay but i stayed because my booking was pre-paid and I didn’t want to go out and look for hotel as i was tired…

The hotel is good, other staffs are good, everything is good, except this one employee because of whom my whole trip was ruined…. The skinny manager might have thought himself as an police officer instead of just an hotel manager….
