I took the club room which the hotel claims is the best room in the hotel. But I had a bad experience living in this room.

Air conditioning ducts and vents in the room releases cigarette smoke and bad smell of another room whenever any one smokes in any other room as the ducts are all connected. It was a terrible experience for me. A lot of times I had to switch off the airconditioner to avoid the cigarette smell.

Secondly, bathroom ducts was also having the same problems.

Hotel staffs were cooperative and in room dining service was also quick and good.

Ample parking good food clean room's just find issue with running hot water and no one in reception to pick ur call till 8 am.

This was my third time staying in the hotel. The previous experiences were amazing, but unfortunately this time i didn't felt the same. The service was slow, be it regarding food or asking for simple utensils. The kitchen NEVER followed my instructions (if asked to not make food spice, i'd find my plate with chilly flakes). I have faced issues also with the water in the toilet, be it the sink one or shower one. It was always running very slowly and sometimes cold water would come for hours. The staff is polite but I wish the communication between the reception and kitchen was better as well as being more attentive to the issues in each room. We had to change room 2 times, and every time there was a problem which wasn't promptly solved.
