Located at a distance of 8 km from Dubia . It is under Pulisumoni post office and covers the entire area of Nigam.This Primary health centre providing basic health services to the community like Antenatal care, post-natal care, laboratory service, routine immunisation, medicine, Institutional delivery room etc. It has fully functioning delivery room along with newborn resuscitation equipments, separate male and female wards consisting of 3 beds each, pharmacy , laboratory room . It remains open all days except for sundays

Visited the place on 4th Dec'18 during Kayakalp peer assessment as Peer Assessors. A remote place from district head quarter of Sonitpur. New infrastructures supplied by Govt. with a small enthusiasts team. Need more improvement in quality as well as human resources.
