Guys, I know pepperfry furniture are superb and so even I thought I ll also give a try as the studio opened in sivasagar... So i ordered one shoe rack... The waiting period was almost a month( 1 month????????????????) ...
Luckily I got a msg saying it ll be delivered 15 days earlier!!!... Unfortunately the day of my delivery I was travelling to delhi so phone was switch off so the delivery people took it to some other place and it is showing delivered. Almost 7 days went by I haven't got any call from the studio as well the delivery people. Now they are saying it's our mistake dat I was travelling...
My only questions to the delivery people, if my no is switch off then y can't they inform the studio abt it or leaves msg to us... How come is it delivered without giving it to the customer
Now it's 15 days from the date of delivery.. It is showing the item is delivered.. . . .
