Premium Suzuki two wheeler dealer in Sivasagar . Visited on 16 th of October 2021 . Don't follow Google map it shows wrong location of the dealer where as it's situated in KP chariali .

Very good at delivering but fail to meet customer expectation on after service.As a dealer,they should stock all the parts & accessories for customer's convineance.But in case of this dealer,if you want a specfic part,its always nil at that time stating 'if you bring the vehicle,we will somehow manage it otherwise its not available.Please call back in somedays,we will bring it from our Dibrugarh dealer.'
If you have guts to open up a dealer,then please stock all parts of the motorcycles,scooters like any other dealer does.Suzuki have very few models with fine tuned engine.Dont ruin their reputation. Stop making excuses.Take example from Express Suzuki,Tinsukia or GDCL Suzuki,Jorhat.Also you need a cleaning in your management system.I am saying it because for you, customer is everything.If you cant please customer in sales & service,its all going in vein.One rejection,One valuable customer lost.

Never visit this for your car servicing. I ordered parts for my car one year ago and they still saying, we dont have that part. Better go to jorhat.
