I want to inform the authority of Ajanta shoe company that I entered in Ajanta show room, SIVASAGAR branch situated at Dolmukh chari Ali at 2.40 pm on 02/12/2021 to buy a shoe for my kid. But I was not satisfied with the saleman and other working stuff of that show room. Their attitude and behaviour is not good.So I left the show room with out buying the shoe. my last experience was very bad.... on 17-2-2020 i v to purchase a discounted pair of shoes due to non availability of brown colour shoes of my choice....i v checked d pair as per advice of sales person n purchased it...bt after 2 days of use d shoes worn out n when i v intimated n shown them that they v sold me a damaged product in d name of festive discount n request to replace it or to adjust it with another undiscounted pair...but they v refused saying that once shoes goes out of showroom company cant do that...
