The "Deluxe" room that I opted for was alright but I have a vital issue to mention here which is regarding the management team or whoever is in charge of the services there. Since, its a known hotel where you offer decent services based on the money you charge, one basic thing you should keep in mind which is to keep water in the rooms. There's no point of keeping two big empty jugs with two glasses, beautifully decorated on the table if there's not a droplet of water in it. Was I supposed to chug in the air from those empty jugs? That's just a basic amenity that one would humanely expect from a hotel at least. Going by the name of your hotel, this is expected by all. I have stayed in your hotel before and have experienced the same earlier as well. But, this time, it just irked me to a point where I had to write this unpaid review. I did not mind paying 20 bucks for a bottle of water at the time of checkout (I expected that already). Paying that amount is not a big of a deal but paying for a basic human service at a hotel is where I have an issue with. Owning a hotel is not a huge accomplishment but maintaining its services and standards for the rest of its duration is one hell of a task. When a person enters the hotel room, kindly check in whether there's water in the room or not and if not, offer or provide some. That, I am sure, happens at your own place of residency as well, at your house. So, in your hotel, you can definitely do the same. Instead of telling the person "No gents allowed in the room", ask " let us know if you need anything in the room". Instead of judging a woman only because she is going to stay in your hotel for a night, judge your own ethics as humans and a hotelier and try to work on it and rectify it. That's that. Good luck with your future of the hotel.

First hotel I saw where just outside people are peeing in broad daylight. Extremely dirty place. Staff is lazy and not in a mood to serve. Food was rotten. Found cockroaches everywhere from the bed to bathroom. Doesn't even deserve to be called a third-class lodge. Don't waste time here, rather in the same price find an AirBnB in Nagaon or Tezpur.
