I like the cleanliness of the hospital the care that the personnel provide is amazing. At my first visit to Moran hospital, I thought I will have language problems as a foreigner who doesn't speak Assamese or Hindi, but I felt great when the staff were able to communicate with me in English. Keep the good work.

Hospital was clean because it's newly built, staff is very professional and polite but Mr Changmai (I won't use respected term Doctor coz he don't deserve that) was on emergency duty. I was in most critical condition, was puking in every 30 mins with extreme pain and visited Brahmaputra Moran in emergency on 8th April 2023 at around 3:00 PM. Mr Changmai was on duty and more than my medical condition he was interested in my hometown, he diagnosed with few tests and denied to prescribe any medicine. On our humble request (I was literally crying in pain) he said he only can talk in Assamese no hindi no english (even we are enough good in Assamese) and asked my husband to take me dibrugarh where we usually seek for medical advice. We both (spouse) are working in Oil India Ltd and posted in Moran and would request to not visit brahmaputra Moran at any condition because you won't be treated well... Most humiliating person sitting on doctor's chair I have seen that is Mr Changmai, he don't deserve to continue medical practice. ????

There is a shortage of good hospital in Digboi oil town so please I kindly requesting u that u make this hospital on Digboi oil town also
