The hotel staff is super friendly and accommodating. They helped us through our visit and made us comfortable with their warm presence. It's in a quiet place out of the city. Do visit here for a calm and relaxing weekend away from Guwahati.

Decent place, But cleanliness is not there. Bathroom and room facilities are not that great.
Its near kaziranga national park so easy for the people going for early morning Elephant safari and Jeep Safari

The hotel refused to honor its booking with the staff claiming that they could not find our booking despite showing the confirmation. The hotel staff were uncooperative and soon even turned hostile. We were in the middle of the jungle with no other accommodation options and had to make multiple calls to try to resolve this. Even after we spoke with the concerned manager, the hotel staff repeatedly refused to accommodate us saying that the registered name/phone number is not their owner. Our driver, who spoke Assamese had to intervene, talk to them, talk to the alleged property manager on the phone and request them. This was about 90 minutes of trauma amid so much uncertainty and unprofessional hotel staff. When they finally did check us in, there was no explanation of what the confusion was or any apology was causing this inconvenience.
The room itself was unhygienic and insect infested with spiders and lizards. When we mentioned this, the staff was dismissive about this saying "this is a jungle, what do you expect". There was no water when we woke up in the morning, no phone to call the reception, no person at the reception desk when we went there, and had to wait more than an hour for someone to switch on water supply. When there was water, the geyser did not work. The staff was again condescending and did not bother to fix this, we had to bathe in cold water. The behavior of the property owners was as if they were doing us a favor by giving us a room and we did not pay for their service. I have not seen such rude unprofessional staff in the hospitality business in my travels even in rural areas.
I do not recommend this hotel; stay away!
