As of 27 April 2023- The Xpressbess Courier is located in TR Phukon Road, below the Divine Dining.
The Delivery agent calls to deliver the parcel at a certain time but when said I am not available at that time slot and ask him to try again at a later part of the day. He says, I will reattempt tomorrow and there would be an OTP sent to your mobile number. I was in a rush and shared the OTP to discover he cancelled the order stating the customer refused to accept. Such a disgusting service experience.

Utterly horrible service. The delivery guy asked me to pay online in advance since I was not available on the day of delivery and it’s been 5 days since then he has neither delivered the parcel nor given the money back.
This place needs to be closed down ????????????????
