I believe they have lots of scope to develop. They need to learn how their customers should be treated. They should also hire mechanics who are well trained. They just pick mechanics from no where who have the least knowledge of reparing bikes. If you complain to the service manager he will just get furious. After sales service is the worst in almost all the tvs showrooms and service center. The RS ASSOCIATES service center is no different

Service is good and the service line workers are well mannered and experienced but the billing process is little confusing so don't forget to ask every detail on the bill they give you at the first..

Service Center is good and perform very good job. The center opening time is morning 8.00 A.M. Try to reach at morning before 8.00 A.M. If you want to do a hastle free service of your vehicle.
