Bought two metal beds and told them to give us 16mm ply but they sent 12mm ply. So when we returned the ply they didn’t accept that they were 12 at first and told us that we don’t know how to measure. At last they agreed that they made mistakes and refunded.
They should not do this to customers.

The shop is a thug. We ordered new piece of furniture .the amount paid was for a new set but they gave old piece full of scratches and denied till date giving old piece. Beware of the stuff you buy from this store. Trust is a big no for this store. Even the sales girl will give full words on giving new product and take extra time for delivery but at the end you will end up with old useless 2nd hand product.
