SARVANGA~yoga for your mind and body

I have been learning yoga from Sonya at Sarvanga since 6 months now. I have chronic body pain and before this I have tried many other things. Everything made my pain worse. However, after starting my classes with Sonya, I have been able to manage my pain a lot better now. She’s has been extremely with patient and teaching me with great care. She’s one of the best teachers I have found so far.

I have started by yoga journey from here and i feel so good . Everyday i am so eager to go there and do my exercises be it for mental health or for physical . I went there when i needed help and she whom i call my elder sister she is guiding me so well , i feel so good, i have seen many instructors but she is so polite so good , she listens to your problems so well , she is indeed a goddess in the form of a teacher . I will continue doing yoga here and i will never ever leave this yoga teacher will always take her guidance she is so good

I just started my yoga journey with her for the very first time.And it was so wonderful experience , the way she teaches it is just superb. She makes the session lively and easy.
