This hotel was disastrous. The room i checked in was next level dirty and unhygienic. I have been given two glasses one was dirty and another one is used for splitting the paan. The bathroom seat is broken and seepage in the tap and shower. It was a couple room with two separate beds, and that was uncomfortable as well.

Worst hotel ever in Jorhat.....specially the manager....We booked a room of budget 2000 and they said that done but when we reached hotel they said that no normal room is available and said only a delux room is available so we have to pay 3000 by getting discount 2500….but when I was trying to convince that you said a normal room was available then manager said ok but after that he said no and finally we decided to pay 2200 and manager also said ok. When I gave 2500 due to no change he didn’t return my 300 and said we’ll sort out in dinner (also the room was normal not delux) but the dinner service man said our cook is not here so we have to order dinner from outside and only in a quarter plated chicken they took 350 which was worsttttttttttttt in taste.

Next day, in the time of checkout manager totally refused to return my 300…..we are feeling very upset of that because if they don’t know how to treat customers and their services then you can’t run a business .

MIND IT.
Don’t go for this hotel ????????

Don’t know About Mintu daa (manager) but the another one is not a type of manager he should be a laundry boy.

This is the worst hotel in all of Jorhat. They are running a scam by asking the customers to pay 2-4 times more than the amount shown on OYO app. If you are a visiting person in Jorhat, avoid this hotel at all cost and don't get tempted by its low online prices. There are much better hotel than this around the town area.
