As a consumer and occasional customer of Mithai Junction, allow me to give my review here under two sections -
Section A - Positive Points
1. The snack/food items are delicious
2. There are plenty of sweets varieties to choose from
3. Price is ok
4. Plus point is they have added seating facilities

Section B - Negative Points
1. The workers/servers are not polite. They talk very rough and have unfriendly countenances
2. They do not wear gloves while handling sweets/food items
3. They are very unhygienic. They spray clean the glasses and food shelves/box area with chemical liquid spray all the while with the open food items placed right out there on the counter top and then using the same unwashed hands simultaneously to touch and arrange and put in the sweets into their shelves plates. This was witnessed at 9:25 a.m. when we went in for our breakfast. Found them cleaning and readying for the day. When we asked if breakfast is ready, they said yes. All this time they were busy cleaning, wiping and arranging sweets and snacks...unhygienically.

If the owner or manager can look into this, things will be better. The reputation of the eatery will depend on this important area - cleanliness/hygiene.

Very importantly, people's health and lives will be impacted by what you serve and how you prepare and serve. Customers are not eating free of cost. They are paying with their hard-earned money. Let us respect one another and respect ourselves by giving the best possible service.

India's consumer rights, laws and courts are there for resolving many of these issues. Each of us are protected by our great nation's laws and provisions. However, let us abide by our own moral and ethical principles in all that we do.

Lot of early morning snacks available!
Must try
Cleanliness is appreciated
Lots of Sweets available.
Space is okay type as I was their in morning n generally there is less crowded in morning

Heard of this place a lot on coming to Jorhat. This truely deserves an applaud. If in the north east part of the country you wish to taste some north indian snacks this is the right place. They have a good customer service and well behaved staff. The options are large.
Though it is actually a mithai junction the quality and variety of sweets can be thought of more.
Overall a nice experience. I would have given a 4.5 rating. But.ok...
