Very unprofessional!!! They didn't give importance to customer's specific request. I had an appointment with another barber of my choice but suddenly they have changed when I was there so this is really disappointed. They lost one regular customer because of this attitude.

It was lovely visiting this salon… the services are too good and the staff are very polite and friendly.

This salon does not even deserve 1 star. What should I say, absolutely disgusted by the staff and their service. I did my hair smoothening and only after a day or two my hair was in a bad condition. I even confronted them by visiting the salon and they even accepted that my smoothening went wrong but kept numb about it. When I asked for a refund they found all kind of excuses and not replying to me since then. I even sent a mail to their customer care service. No reply till now. This place is absolutely not recommended for newcomers. My request to all please don't fall prey into this. Plus you will be looted for absolutely nothing. Worst experience of my life.
