Worst service ever. My sister has done a SIP for 5 years. They never deduct the monthly instalments and she has to visit the branch every after 2 months to pay it physically. From last almost 1 year they are not deducting a penny. When ever she visits instead of solving, they forces her to open and insurance policy. This is harassment. I going to file a court complaint against the bank as soon as possible. Never ever open any Investment account at ICICI. Save your hard earn money.

worst employees, do not keep your hard earned income here, you have to visit many times for a single problem. take my suggestion, go to a small bank, you would feel like a family and the employees would help you. Big companies like icici just treat you like insects, you are not valuable to them unless you have cash above 1 crore in the bank. Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of india is the full name of icici and as in the name, if you are not a industry then you are an insect to them. Please do not remember me later since i have warned you now. cancel you accounts now or face difficulties later.
