Poor, too poor, premium room was big, broken decorations broken walls and fungus here and there. Electric kettle was too dirty inside, felt like vomiting.
Service was also poor, too late delivery of the food, felt like they ordered the food from somewhere else as its was too cold, not to mention about the taste. Its tasteless. But all dishes were costly.
Now coming to breakfast, i had complimentary breakfast. And there is only bread butter jam boiled egg tea and cornflakes in the name of breakfast. Not even puri sabji.

infrastructure i good. but staff have poor knowledge on room cleanliness and management. toilet not cleaned from stains and tap is broken so rating should actually be bad. but people are actually good but untrained manpower and poor at communicatingnot clean enough both toilet and bucket to use for bathingin photo may not be that visibleso maintenance is not upto the level of hotel name grand palace.
