Very bad experience with the good luck service, Jorhat. We were told that our parcel will be delivered till JMC,as Rowriah doesn't come under their zone so we agreed to go till JMC to collect the parcel,after two days we had to go ourselves to collect the parcel as they abused us verbally saying who will come to deliver small parcel to your address,the way they talk to customer is really bad,intolerable...we didn't expect such response from such reputed service.
