When it comes to courier service blue dart is one of the pioneers. In jorhat along with other courier services Blue Dart outlet functions relatively better. Good customer service.
But they tend to pack things using less amount of cellotape which I feel should be checked.

Worst courier service ever. All the delivery person of Blue Dart should learn something about delivery from delivery person of ekart or delhivery.
They(Blue Dart delivery person) actually don't want to move out from their office. All the time if some parcel comes through Blue Dart, they called me to collect the parcel from their office and shows some lame excuses every time. I have faced this issue more than 5-6 times. If you complain about this on Blue Dart, they also don't take any action.
