Amazing place to go with friends and family. As simple picnic or a date or even to get inspired to paint. The sunset is the best time visit and a 100% not to miss. Very scenic and calm although gets too crowded sometimes. And yes do watch out for bats. They're everywhere out there in the sky.

Brahmaputra Heritage is a must-visit destination for anyone interested in Assamese culture and history.
The museum is well-organized and informative, with displays showcasing the region's art, crafts, and traditions.
The highlight of the visit was a boat ride on the Brahmaputra river, which provided stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, providing insights into the local way of life. The restaurant on-site served delicious Assamese cuisine, which was a perfect way to end the visit. Overall, Brahmaputra Heritage is an excellent place to spend a few hours learning about Assam's rich cultural heritage. Highly recommended!.....

A beautiful and serene place situated at the bank of river Brahmaputra, this place is also known as old DC banglow.
An amazing place to spend time with family and friends. The lush green trees and the swift wind of the mighty Brahmaputra will make you fall in love with the place.
Starbucks is also situated in this place.
You need to buy a ticket of 100 rs to visit the place even if you want to go to Starbucks, only children below 10 yrs and elderly people above 75 yrs doesn't need to buy any ticket.
I think 100 rs ticket is a little high.
The place is well maintained and also a few games are available for childrens.
