The food was nice and place was calm. Overall seems a good place for south Indian food. No, other place in Golaghat has such quality dosas than here. Other than that tea and cake combo is really good.

AM's Cafe Thattukada is located at Sarma Gas Agency Complex, PHCG Road, Adjacent to SBI, Golaghat- 785621, Assam.

Am's Cafe is basically a South Indian Restaurant with all famous dishes. It's a good place to get the exact taste of South India at Golaghat. The owner here is a Lady, she's really hard working nd dedicated to her work. The food quality is very good nd also hygienic too, the taste also was good. I had tried a Masala Dosa while my visit, must say the taste was very South Indian, an exact to what a Dosa should be. The menu over here has a lot of Veg-Nonveg items which makes it attractive to all the Food lovers.

The shop is not much big, it has a sitting capacity of only 12-15 peoples provided with 3-tables nd a long attached desk to the wall . Earlier the restaurant was towards the backside of the campus, but recently they had shifted to the roadside. Nd now it's clearly visible to all the people who want to gave a visit.

The price was a little bit high, which I felt on my visit to their new shop.

Apart from that, a must visit place. Dosa was awesome.

Amazing southern dishes. What porontha and such amazing Biryani. Fell in love at the first meal. Have been a regular visitor and unfailingly their SOP has ensured same taste and quality. When the owners a dedicated chef you don’t expect any less. Try the chicken cheese dosa, the chicken biryani, porotha chicken. My pick
