Friendly nand helpfull stuff. But, I had bad experience, at night water pipe leaks and room was ful of water . But, the hotel management came to rescue at 1 pm

Location is good, food is good , staff is good , but cleaning is not good , everyday I found 4-5 cockroaches alive moving on bed and on the floor of my room, even in the bathrooms......
Inside cleaning is worst ......
In food they use too much refined oil, occasionally I eat the food served there , and whenever I take food , I get stomach pain or vomiting like feelings.....

Room is clean but water reservoir was broken. The most horrified thing was happened when after opening door while returning, saw a spider... such a BIG spider never saw before!!! However, room service took action immediately.
Service is good, only you have to call from your mobile, room telephone wasn't working. Food is a bit of spicy but tasty. Reception and room service boy behavior is gentle. Oh, changing of towel and soap.... not happened in my three days staying.
