NEW ATTRACTION IN THE TOWN
"TWISTING SCOOPS" the ice-cream shop.
The shop is quite colourful and attractive.Well maintained and hygienic but the price range is little bit high.I tried the cookies and cream flavour and it was truly delicious provided in a waffle cone. Had a lot of fun in the "twist and turn"game.Overall a nice experience it was.

The experience of the viral Turkish videos on the internet, for the first time in Dibrugarh! Genuinely a great experience with these guys.

For the environment & location :

They're located within a very small complex, yet the shop looks so cute and comfortable and they've much space with them to display their play and dance to songs of their language. So for location & environment : 5/5

For the staff :

The staff is extremely good, they are very much dedicated to whatever they're doing, they hardly speak our language, yet has a good communication with their customers, smiles, laughs, dances. You'll have a great time watching them. So obviously for the staff : 5/5

For the taste and price :

There are different flavors for different prices, everything starting from 140 rupees (if I'm correct) we took two cones with different flavors (which I forgot the name of) they even make the cones right in front of you, hot and tasty, the flavors we opted for were tasty too. So for that : 5/5

Highly recommended as it's a total new experience for us, overall a 5/5!

It was a big disappointment. As other people have mentioned, the main attraction - the twist and turn of the icecream is available only for a very short duration and that too no one knows exactly which part of the day that is available. Not consistent at all.
Otherwise it just becomes an overrated, overpriced ice cream stand selling a cone icecream for Rs 194.
