If you're looking for a traditional and authentic Biriyani experience, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Ryan's Kitchen serves a disgrace to the dish, calling it Biriyani when it's nothing more than a sweet and unbalanced Pulao.

To begin with, the dish is not made with birista (fried onions), which is crucial for both flavor and aroma. The rice is not cooked to perfection and lacks any real fragrance. The meat is dry and overcooked, and the dish as a whole left me with an upset stomach for two days.

Furthermore, the wait time for a dish that was far from worth it was a long 55 minutes.

In short, Ryan's Kitchen's Biriyani is a complete disappointment and I would advise anyone looking for a quality Biriyani experience to steer clear. It's not even close to a decent Biriyani, it's a sweet Pulao. A terrible experience.

Food is tasty but you have to wait very long to get your order. Price is reasonable.

Ryan's Kitchen is one of the best restaurants in Dibrugarh to my experience. The Briyanis and dosas of Ryan's Kitchen is the best that you will get in the town. Also other food items are good too and that too at a reasonable price. Servicing was kinda average but the food stands out and overall was a good experience.
