I really regret to say, during Covid no social distancing or Covid related protocol being maintained. Covid test charges are too high. They are charging Rs.3000 and not sending report through electronic media. Patients have been asked to wait for report or they say, convey through telephone (No verbal results) accepted by any department. Aditya Diagnostic management should maintain social distancing, customer relationship management,

I really surprised to see they are taking Covid samples without wearing PPE kit and risking technician life . I wish concern authority will take proper steps in improving above issues.

As I was having severe back pain and was having Kidney stone, Dr asked me to do KUB USG to see whether stone increased in size or not. I have approached Aditya for the same. First I didn't told that I'm gt Kidney stone. After USG, the Radiologist told there's nothing wrong. Then I surprisly asked, "Dt means my 8mm kidney stone gone right". Then he said, "oh you gt stone then you should have told before". Nd once again he scanned nd told there's 4mm stone. If the patient should tell everything, then what these people are seeing in the scanning. Simply earning our money. Nothing else
