I totally loved the INOX of this town. It was a small but quiet lovely mall. The Inox is perfectly maintained with less crowd and it's perfect for couples. The only disadvantage is that the toilets aren't maintained properly.

The food makes high costs to eat. Theatre and service is very nice. But costs are very high. These type of costs can't bare by the middle class people.

Don't deserve a star.
If I don't put a star I can't post the message what am I going to say.????
First of all staff mainly at the snacks selling counter should behave properly with people who have came to see and enjoy the movie.
If the screens are full
Lack of staff means it should be addressed immediately with higher concerned incharges for staff allocation and proper delivery of snacks to the seat counter.
At the snacks counter
selling People should be polite and humble.
As they are in the counter
Giving reverse counters to the customers.

I'm expecting a call from
The review committe back end team .to know what happened at that instance.

In Inox working staff may be high in number to talk against the customers.
Issue is
I have ordered popcorn big tub before entering into screens.
I said it's difficult to carry to the movie seats,along with kids can u please deliver to the concerned seats.
I explained the difficulty.
Mean while understanding what I have said, in return staff saying it may takes 10mins,may be 20mins ,may be 30mins it's already prepared and kept into tub.
This is the way u people talk with customers.
Are u providing free service or paid service.
Don't know how to behave.
Best way to say sir please go to ur seats watch the movie,meanwhile asap we will will send them at your seats.really felt bad .
Paying
427 rs for 2tiketaa and
600 rs at snacks counter.
This is what Inox staff behaving with customers .

I got irritated next what happened the team incharge with id card knows everything..saying sorry to me .but the rude behaviour 2people in the counter with whom the issue has raised are talking however they want not remembering they are the customers as of on the road and foot path.
Wait some more days
Inox will get little competition (new other multiplex's will come) screens .
So that
Ur screens will be less filled
And at that time u can allocate staff properly and in a smooth way.
