executives are good and responsible but there are not enough fans and ac is not turned on. i went on a hot sunny day to this service center. poor maintenance.

Very bad experience. The receptionist straight up declines the call and doesn't bother to call back. Text messages are completely Ignored as well. As much as I love Samsung as my Go-to brand for my mobile phones, I felt so disgusted by the behavior of the executives from this particular service center that I'm starting to consider other brands.

I never ever thought Samsung will hire this kind of unprofessional irresponsible staff... The worst experience ever I faced... Gave mobile to do software update on 18-10-2021 afternoon and they register complaint of replace of volume and power keys.

Received call in the evening said it costs 700/-

On Wednesday again I received a call and informed it costs 500/- overall charges

Again I received a call on 21-10-2021 evening said no spare parts available of this model so please collect your mobile tomorrow

I went there and after a long hours of waiting they returned mobile without power button and when I asked them about power key... they did some drama and finally they said

We lost somewhere that power button key...

My humble request to everyone better don't step in for any assistance please
