We recently visited Zaffran when it was Relaunched, the food was rich and flavorful, the live music added good Vibes to the ambience, they also have a private room for small gathering, the hygiene and presentation of the dishes was good ????????
We tried the following items and we would recommend that one must try these items

Nice food, great ambience with live music. Ideal place for a family dinner.
Service was not upto the mark as it was taking more time to get the food ready. Service delivery could be better and faster.

Waiters are just novices, who do not know basic service etiquettes. From star hotel like this we expect nothing less. No one goes to see a waiter’s ego or attitude…just mood spoilers.
