No water in any building and lot of Association issues. Parking problems, stray dog issues, vehichle are not parked in their alloted place. Think before you think about living here.

Excellent layout with lot of greenery and open space HIG houses are pretty big with good water facility
Looks more like a tourist spot than appartement. Good place to live to lead a relaxed life.
Around km around layout is completely deserted. Need to travel atleast 4 kms to find a shop. Only 30-40 houses occupied out of 700 due to which maintenance is not good.

It's a gated community in 20 acres area consisting of 11 five storey apts, a total of 710 flats. There are beautiful parks and ornamental plants .
