Very rude staff they don't work properly to much late process even cash deposits and withdrawal worest bank in vuzag

Few of the staffs are rude and late. They come to the bank at 11am but few of them solve our queries with patience. I received my new bank passbook and debit card in 1 day after applying for savings account online. Overall its a good experience.
Visited In July 2022 :
I went for updating email ID of my bank account.
1st Staff at counter said a boy will provide me form. Waited for 10 minutes for a form...until I asked another staff.Then the 1st staff started scolding me saying I have no patience.
Like wait for 10 minutes to get your updation form.. a form.

two and half years back i have taken the home loan from UBI branch, akkayyapalem branch. but i am not satisfy the branch services. Especially the rate of intrest is very high. As per RBI guide line the rate of intrest have come down, so system should automatically updated and the customer should receive the intimation at least with a message. i already loss with out any proper intimation. very poor response.
