We booked 2rooms for 4 days - 404 nd 408. Location of this hotel is awesome. We got the sea view from both this rooms. rooms were clean. Bengali cuisine was very good.we didn't miss our home food because of them. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel has a very friendly staff who always go out of the way to make sure you are comfortable.I had stayed here for two days for a client visit, the property is well maintained. House keeping made room was clean and neat. The food was delicious. Swimming pool is cleaned on daily basis. I enjoyed my stay here very much. Eagerly looking forward for my next visit

I couldn't give less than 1 star. Reasons to not book this hotel.
1. There is no security at the gate for parking guidance
2. Staff doesn't respond properly and they don't care about anything
3. Rooms are awful and smelled very bad
4. The blankets were not proper
5. Standard room has no view, infact the glass covered with some black film, no natural light and room felt very suffocating
6. Free breakfast options are very less for the price charged and the taste was not great
7. Cockroaches everywhere
8. No proper maintenance, you can see that in the images that I provided. Water was leaking into the room beside the bed.

Please do not book a room at this hotel and waste your money.
