Very bad experience. I stitched a pair of formal dress the pant didn't fit. I gave it for ulter they gave me a date for deliver I went a day later of my delivery date but still had to wait for more than hour.

The collection at the store is good. I had purchased and stitched 2 suits and 1 blazer.

I had issue with tailoring of the pants.
But instead of addressing the issue, the franchise holder Mr Harish was justifying the fault.

Fed up with his replies, I had to get those pants in that condition only. So, inspite of spending money on clothing and stitching I have to settle down to something which is not fit.

Even when I asked for extra suit covers, that too for payment, Mr Harish refused saying that it is counted and given by company. A blunt excuse

Complains to the regional and operations head did not solve the issue.

So, i recommend spend some extra bugs and choose a shop with good customer service.
