Beware before you buy a plot from these people. Plotted developments are all together a scam and people who invest with their black money alone get the paper benefit. Those who are thinking to buy with hard earned salary or loans, please beware. In the long run these plots are so away from city that you cannot even build a house or anything as such. Most of the layouts are not habitable for next 15-20 years.

When you visit or ask them to assist for your plot resale then you will realise that you are cheated. I bought a plot with these people before 3 years for 5000/square yard in Vizag. Trying to sell off the plot since one year due to a financial issue and not able to sell. These people are still selling the same layout plots directly at same price of 5000 even now. So who will buy from us then ?? Don't fall in their trap. When you are in emergency, you can't even liquidate the property for years all together......

If you have your money coming down from your desk under, then you can. Already these people acquire lands from farmers at dead cheap prices. All price profit and gain they would have already taken. Don't fall for this trap that your plot value will double and triple....
