They are good in developing the ventures but try to avoid promoters trap where the brokers will introduce themselves as company employees and loot as maximum as they can. If you are planning to buy a plot just avoid so called company employees or even the person who sits in the fourth floor..
Go to the MD and confirm your price. Loot happens at fourth floor.

Their choice for land selection and development is good when compared to their competitors, roads, water tanks, planting trees, water taps r provided, this made them a price little bit higher than remaining. Very clear in negotiation and documentation part.
