Worst behaviour of staff, no one is attentive/ accountable for anything there.. The receptionist always be busy on a video call with her boyfriend, doesn't look at maintaining the queue line or anything.. Unlike the other hospitals there is no free follow up upto 07 / 10/ 15 days time after a consultation.. and even if they allow to show the reports to doctor, they don't give us any queue line slip and make us wait for hours till the paid consultations are addressed first.

Not sure if the doctor is aware of all these. Proper guidance needs to be given to the staff there.

Worst medical service .no appropriate staff or medical assistance given to the patient.
Untidy surrounding n very little rooms .
Neither a patient can walk to washroom nor the attendant can go along with the patient to washroom.
Very very small rooms with no proper furniture or supplies needed for the patient.
Staff demand money for every work .

Ever or never go to Sudha Nursing Home for any kind of medical assistance or needs.

KGH is better than this hospital.

I WENT FOR SURGERY IN THIS HOSPITAL STAFF ARE SO RESPONSIBLE IF WE WANT ANYTHING AT MIDNIGHT LIKE IF YOU HAV PAIN IN THE MODNIGHT IF YOU RING THE BELL THEY WILL COME AND TAKE CARE LIKE YOUR RELATIVES SO FRIENDLY PEOPLE...
