I started my fitness journey with Deepthi garu. She is so kind and generous at heart. First, she tried to know me and then advised me a meal plan without making major changes to our food habits. And which helped me to shed few kilos. That's was really a good start. Not just meal plan, She even advised few exercises as well. So thankful to her from the bottom of my heart.

I had an excellent experience at Starlite nutrition Center. I had consultations with Dr Deepthi mam for my Nutrition needs and fat loss . I enjoyed my sessions with Dr Deepthi mam . She also made me realize that meals don’t need to be complicated or heavy. I have incorporated many nutritious foods in my meals , i got my inch loss,it regulated my menstrual cycle and fat loss .Her Customized diet plans are very helpful
. Will definitely revisit for Nutritional needs and concerns.

Hello everyone,
I (S Purushotham Rao) and my wife visited recently to starlite nutrition clinic for the purpose of reducing weight. Deepthi madam suggested diet for one month in a prescribed app. and through mail. We have followed as it is what madam suggested and we lose 2.5 kgs weight in a month. Madam suggested that walking also additional to diet for better improvement. Results were improved and i thankful to madam for such kind of weight loss improvement.
I suggest to all those who need to loss weighth in healthy diet.
