Worst Courier service..
Everyone uses this service because of cheap prices... Their service quality is much cheaper... Don't use their services in emergency...
Government's postal department is faster than these guys...
Even in the city, they will not deliver at door... We have to collect the consignment from their office...
They simply said, "We won't deliver beyond 5km from our office. So, you come and collect the material." And, that is for Murali Nagar area which is in the heart of the city... Lethargic service and careless attitude...
